Who is responsible
Giuseppe Crea – Global Payroll Institute – Research Lab is the controller for this website and its enquiries. Privacy requests: info@globalpayrollinstitute.org.
Enquiries and update requests
We use the contact information and enquiry you provide to respond to your request and manage a possible business relationship. The basis is steps at your request before a possible contract where applicable, or our legitimate interest in answering relevant business correspondence. The new forms store requests in GPIRL's protected Hostinger-hosted enquiry register. Institute submissions are processed by the GPIRL service at gpirltechnologies.com, with the originating website recorded. This does not redirect or replace the Institute website. Read the enquiry register notice for fields, optional attribution and retention.
Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. A separate optional request for updates stays pending confirmation and does not start a campaign. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about you. Please do not send employee payroll records, identity documents, bank details or health information through a general enquiry.
Optional analytics
Analytics are off until you accept them. With consent, pages, source categories, approved campaign codes, clicks and form starts are recorded with a pseudonymous session identifier in the GPIRL database. Events and session-to-enquiry associations are retained for 90 days. Analytics events do not contain names, email addresses, form contents, full URLs, IP addresses or screen recordings. Separate sites use separate session identifiers, without cross-site identity matching. Reject or withdraw through Cookie preferences. Reading the privacy notice is not consent to analytics or marketing.
Cookies and technical information
A local-storage preference remembers your choices for 180 days. A consented analytics session is stored in session storage with a 30-minute inactivity expiry. Withdrawal removes the current session's events and analytics associations; it does not remove an enquiry needed to answer your request. See the cookie notice. Hosting infrastructure can process IP addresses and technical request/security logs to deliver and protect the website; these are distinct from the GPIRL event database.
Service providers and retention
The site and enquiry register are hosted by Hostinger. Email enquiries also involve your email provider and the Institute's mailbox service. Providers and their authorised subprocessors process information needed for hosting, communication, support and security. Their service operations can involve international processing; contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your enquiry. See Hostinger's privacy information. We do not sell enquiry information or use IP-based visitor identification services.
Enquiries that do not become an ongoing relationship should be reviewed and deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. The enquiry console flags older records for review; legal obligations or an ongoing relationship may require relevant information for longer. Optional analytics follow the shorter periods above. Secure exports remain subject to the same access and retention controls.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. Contact the address above. You can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent authority, including the UK ICO where applicable.
External links and service status
External websites and email services have their own privacy practices. UK Payroll Bureau is a pre-launch initiative and does not currently deliver payroll services. This notice describes website and enquiry processing, not an operational payroll-processing service.
