UPDATED 9 OCTOBER 2026 · VERSION 2026-10-09-LEADS-V1

Your enquiry and your choices

Who is responsible

Giuseppe Crea is the controller for these enquiries. Institute enquiries and privacy requests: info@globalpayrollinstitute.org. Technologies enquiries and privacy requests: info@gpirltechnologies.com. These website and project names do not constitute a claim that a new company has been incorporated.

What you provide

The enquiry register stores your name, email, company and organisation country if supplied, selected interest, message, enquiry date and reference, the website you contacted, and your separate preferences. “How did you find us?” is optional and records your own answer. Do not submit employee payroll records, bank details, identity documents or health information.

Why we use it

We use enquiries to respond to your request and manage a possible business relationship. The legal basis is steps at your request before a potential contract where applicable, or legitimate interests in answering relevant correspondence from business representatives and managing those relationships. Security and abuse prevention support our legitimate interest in protecting the service. An internal stage (new, contacted, qualified, customer or closed) helps manage follow-up; it is not an automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.

Optional analytics attribution

The contact form works without analytics consent. If you separately choose to link a consented browsing session, its reference may be associated with your enquiry, on the basis of your consent. The linked information can include visited pages, source categories, approved campaign codes and clicks. Separate websites use separate session identifiers; the system does not match anonymous identities across sites. These analytics events and associations follow the existing 90-day analytics retention. Withdrawing analytics through Cookie preferences stops tracking and removes the current session's events and analytics associations. Your actual enquiry remains available to answer your request; contact us to exercise your rights over the enquiry itself.

Optional request for email updates

The updates checkbox is separate and unchecked by default. It records a request for relevant GPIRL updates and the notice version. A request stays pending confirmation: it does not automatically subscribe you or start an email campaign. Marketing will require an appropriate confirmation and a way to unsubscribe. Leaving this unchecked does not affect your enquiry. Acknowledging this privacy notice is not marketing consent.

Where information goes

The register is held in GPIRL's Hostinger-hosted database and is accessed through a protected internal report. Institute form submissions go to the GPIRL collection service at gpirltechnologies.com; the website origin is kept with each record. This is a shared backend, not a replacement or redirection of either website. The new register does not sell data, use visitor-IP identification services or send contact details to advertising platforms. Hosting infrastructure processes technical network information necessary to deliver and secure the service. See Hostinger's privacy information for its service processing.

Retention and access

Enquiries that do not develop into an ongoing relationship should be reviewed and deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, consistent with the Technologies enquiry policy. The console flags older enquiries for review after 180 days; it does not silently delete contacts. Ongoing relationships, legal obligations or disputes may justify retaining relevant records longer. Access is restricted to the controller and authorised service operators. Secure exports must be treated as personal data and kept under the same retention and access controls.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use the relevant contact address above. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable.
